Regardless of certification goals, you can count on Jackson to exceed your sustainability expectations.

Jackson incorporates sustainable construction practices into all of our projects. To date we have completed 16 Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) facilities; two of which are Platinum level; six are Gold level; two are Silver level and one certified. Three additional projects were built to LEED certification standards, but the owner’s chose not to register their projects with USGBC.

Having successfully completed multiple LEED projects, we are intimately familiar with the unique and stringent requirements of LEED certification. Jackson has the systems in place to maintain the level of detail required by the highly detailed submittal process and the personnel versed in the strategies and implementation processes to complete a successful project. We have four LEED Accredited Professionals and five LEED Green Associates, with several other employees in the process of earning LEED credentials.
