National Guard Readiness Center

This entire facility was designed and constructed to LEED standards. It has a 2,300 SF unheated vehicle shop with a storage capacity for six Humvees with two bays, one of which is pull-through. The new construction was CMU and metal wall panel veneer with a polished and stained concrete floor, trench drains and exhaust systems. The main building included an office, restroom, and a mezzanine level for mechanical equipment. Additional buildings included maintenance, training, storage, and controlled waste storage.
