The LEED Gold certified, six-story downtown Missoula office building is framed in structural steel with precast and brick exterior skin. The building’s mixed-use interior mostly consists of offices, administrative stations, conference rooms and break areas. The sixth level is a large gathering space with a full-service kitchen and exterior decks for private and community events. And, the ground level has retail and restaurant spaces.
