Work at the St. Paul Lutheran Church included asbestos and lead paint abatement, energy upgrades, window replacement, insulation, improved ADA access, ADA restrooms, commercial kitchen improvements, rehabilitation of existing spaces, including education wing, with new finishes and paint. Prepared for future expansion and renovation of the building with proper planning to make future upgrades easier to accomplish. Worked atypical hours, shutting down for certain events or services, and coordinating with the congregation, building committee, pastor, and administration; the church was able to maintain operation of the facility.
