New three-story building consisting of offices, meeting spaces and a shell space for a future restaurant tenant. Site work included underground utility and right of way improvements as well as a parking lot. Building is comprised of structural steel frame with wood infill framing systems. The exterior of the building is finished in cedar siding, dri-design aluminum panels and CMU veneer.
