Wastewater treatment plant improvements including removal and land application of approximately 8,000CY of sludge, construction of new interior berms separating the lagoon into 3 cells, the construction of bypass piping, control structures, diversion manhole and influent splitter box within the lagoon cells, the construction of an impermeable synthetic liner in each cell and miscellaneous lift station improvements, and a CMU structure housing a UV disinfection system.
