With decades of field leadership experience across public and private construction, Paul has earned the respect of clients, trade partners, and coworkers through his steady leadership, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality work. His experience gives him the ability to anticipate challenges, keep projects on track, and lead teams with confidence.
As a Senior Superintendent, Paul oversees day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining the highest standards for safety and quality. He believes successful projects are built through preparation, accountability, and treating every project as if it were his own. Having been with Jackson since its founding, Paul has helped shape the company’s approach to building lasting relationships alongside lasting buildings.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time on the golf course and cheering on the Montana Grizzlies whenever he gets the chance.
