Tim Lyner, Senior Superintendent

Senior Superintendent

Tim Lyner has never been afraid to take the scenic route. Originally from Minnesota, he moved to Montana in 2002 to attend Montana State University before beginning his construction career on large industrial projects in Arizona. While the experience was valuable, the desert wasn’t home. Tim and his wife returned to the Rocky Mountains in 2012, and he joined Jackson Contractor Group in 2018, where he has continued building a reputation for dependable leadership and practical problem-solving in the field.

As Senior Superintendent, Tim leads projects with a focus on planning, communication, and quality execution. His experience across multiple sectors has given him the ability to adapt quickly, coordinate complex work, and keep crews moving efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite. He believes the best projects are built through preparation, teamwork, and a willingness to solve challenges head-on.

Outside of work, Tim rarely sits still. He and his wife once spent an entire year traveling the country in a travel trailer, and his sense of adventure hasn’t slowed down since. Whether he’s mountain biking, snowboarding, dirt biking, rafting, snowmobiling, tackling a home renovation, or finding another excuse to be outdoors, Tim is always planning his next adventure. The only thing he hasn’t found an appetite for is lutefisk and he’s perfectly content to keep it that way.
