Construction of new ultraviolet disinfection facility including membrane baffle wall and floating cover. Aeration piping and equipment, process piping and valves, VFD’s at aeration blower motors, SCADA sysem at Lift Station 1, Lift Station 2, and Town Hall. Standby generator receptacle and transfer switch at Lift Station 2, remove transport and properly dispose of accumulated sludge from lagoon cells.
