Nick brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience to his role as Project Development Manager. Nick has focused on building lasting relationships with clients, design partners, and communities throughout the region.
Today, Nick works closely with owners and industry partners to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and connect them with the right resources long before construction begins. He believes successful projects are built on trust, communication, and a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and is always happy to discuss construction but would rather debate the greatest guitarist of all time.
