Matt Muir, BIM Coordinator

In 2006, after serving five years in the US Navy with two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan alongside Seabee Battalions, Matt set out to pursue a career in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. His passions for technology, design and construction have lead him on a less than traditional pursuit. Matt has worked for several design firms and subcontractors across the state… but don’t get it twisted as he is, at his roots, a builder! As a self-proclaimed nerd, carpenter, and digital fabrication fanatic – Matt’s aim is to bridge the gap between technology and construction. And one day help design and build the first Mars HAB station.

During off time if you can’t find him out in the back country with his kids than he is probably in his shop tinkering away on some hair-brained idea with his CNC or 3D printer.
