Hattie’s first exposure to the construction industry was building forts out of lumber scraps on her dad’s jobsites. She eventually graduated to framing walls with her dad on residential projects. Now she oversees human resources, IT, communication, marketing, and compliance.
There’s a lot going on at home too: her husband, three kids, and dog, Virgil, keep things hoppin’. They love floating the Bitterroot River, farmer’s markets, and exploring the outdoors. She’s a pretty good cook and likes to try new dessert recipes.
