This is a 30-unit, wood-framed apartment building that has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units which are offered both furnished and unfurnished. Many units have balconies overlooking the majestic Tongue River. Below grade there is a secure, underground parking structure supplemented by a surface parking lot. It is located adjacent to the Prairieview Apartments which is also a project Jackson built.
