University of Providence Student Center

Jackson Contractor Group renovated the Student Center at the University of Providence.  The project involved a full MEP upgrade of the existing building, structural improvements to comply with current seismic codes, a complete repurposing of Level and partial remodel of Level 2.  In the end, approximately 16,000 SF of the 24,000 SF facility was improved in this project.  The building houses student services, ministry, career services, health clinic, café, and the campus’ only dining facility.  Work was completed in a challenging 5.5 month time frame, and the dining facility was kept operational for the Spring semester of school.
