Pasco Fire Stations

The project consisted of four parts: a remodel and addition to Fire Station 81 (7,000SF) , an addition of a Rehab Shelter (650 SF) to an existing metal building, upgrades to Fire Station 82 (11,000 SF) and the new construction of Fire Station 84 (16,663 SF + 4,323 SF storage building). These were separate buildings on four separate parcels bid as two project to accommodate phasing and coordination requirements.
