This is primarily warehouse space that has five overhead bays, with supplemental office support space, for a regional wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation and HVAC equipment and supplies. The Design/Build delivery method was utilized for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design (M/E/P).
