Aris Frost grew up in Montana and has spent the past seven years building a career in construction, including more than five years with Jackson Contractor Group. Throughout that time, she’s developed a passion for creating jobsites where safety is more than a requirement—it’s simply the way work gets done. Her experience spans healthcare, education, and public safety projects, where she works alongside project teams to identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work safely.
As Safety Manager, Aris leads Jackson’s company-wide safety program, overseeing everything from project-specific safety planning and preconstruction risk assessments to training, jobsite visits, and continuous improvement initiatives. She believes the strongest safety culture is built through consistency, communication, and empowering every employee to take ownership of keeping themselves and their teammates safe. Her approachable leadership style and visible presence in the field have made her a trusted resource across the company, with one simple goal guiding every decision: everyone goes home safe every day.
Outside of work, Aris enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Ollie, whether she’s hiking, fishing, skiing, or taking advantage of everything Montana has to offer. And as a lifelong Montanan living in Missoula, there’s no question where her loyalties lie on fall Saturdays—Go Griz!
