Adam Smith discovered his passion for construction while working for a contractor in South Boston during summer breaks in college. What started as a seasonal job grew into a career leading complex projects across a wide range of environments, from wind farms and immersed highway tunnels to high-altitude mountain developments. His diverse experience has shaped a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to project management, where careful planning and clear communication are the foundation for successful outcomes.
As a Senior Project Manager, Adam works closely with owners, architects, and project teams to guide projects from preconstruction through completion. He is known for his ability to organize complex work, anticipate challenges, and keep teams aligned around a common goal. Whether navigating the logistics of a remote mountain project or coordinating highly technical construction, Adam believes success comes from preparation, collaboration, and never losing sight of the details.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of everything the outdoors has to offer, from skiing and hunting to tackling projects around the house. A Massachusetts native raised in Hopkinton, the starting point of the Boston Marathon, he’s also a loyal Boston sports fan. While Montana has become home, you’ll still find him cheering for teams from back East whenever game day rolls around.
