We reintroduced our core values at our annual summit in 2024. Outlining the guiding principles that define our culture and the behaviors we expect from each other.
The purpose of the Jackson Blue Award is to recognize the person that most exemplifies our core values each year. To be nominated, the nominee must be an employee of Jackson. And the 2024 winner was Darren Stocker!
Darren has worked for Jackson most of his adult life. Since 2005, Darren has been a dedicated member of the Jackson crew, starting as a laborer and was one of the first to complete our apprenticeship program. He is now a Superintendent on Arlee School and has over 35 projects on is resume. He is thoughtful, encouraging, and successful as a superintendent and a leader. Thanks for being on our crew Darren!
