University of Providence University Center

The University Center is an approximately 36,000 SF building that houses the University’s leadership and administration, as well as a conference room with a capacity of over 700 people, classrooms, a lecture hall, and an art gallery.  It features high level finishes, extensive curtainwalls, masonry, and a complex ground sourced mechanical system.  This building is the focal point of the campus, and will support the University’s mission for years to come.
