Hellgate Elementary School District – New Middle School

This project’s scope is the construction of Building 4, which is a 7th & 8th grade facility. Site work includes all infrastructure, including a new road for additional ingress and egress, and new outdoor sports and recreational amenities such as a soccer and football field, a track, softball and/or tee-ball field and related playing areas. The interior of the facility will have a gymnasium with a basketball court, a cafeteria, an auditorium, classrooms, a library and administrative support spaces.
