With eight years of military leadership behind him, Paul brings discipline, clear communication, and a steady approach to leading both office and field teams—keeping projects on track, on budget, and moving forward. He prides himself on building strong client relationships and earning repeat work through trust and follow-through.
Outside of work, Paul is a proud husband to his beautiful wife and a dad to five kids. Their household is all about sports of every kind, and when he’s not on a jobsite, you’ll likely find him cheering from the sidelines or spending time with his family.
