The Roosevelt Saloon Renovation project involved the selective demolition of the interior of a historic building located in Canyon Village, Yellowstone National Park. The renovation included the installation of a brand new bar and food service area, complete with new equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems. All work was performed in strict accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, ensuring the preservation of the building’s historic character. The project also featured the addition of new fire sprinkler heads, new light fixtures, and the installation of overhead coiling wood doors above the bar for a distinctive “whiskey display.”
