Site work and new construction of a retail store. The green field new construction project provided a front retail space, sales counter, two bathrooms, rear warehouse space, all new landscaping, and an asphalt parking area with an off loading area for the rear warehouse. CMU constructed warehouse with structural steel ceiling and TPO roof.
