Building consist of a Cast in Place concrete Daylight Basement below a main floor that is wood framed and Structural is mainly Glulam beams, columns with CLT roof Structure. Building contains a Resturant, Bar, Servery, Commercial Kitchen, Meeting rooms, Bath rooms, locker Rooms and other support services. Significant outdoor terraces surround the building.
