We’ve worked on many fast-track Design/Build projects to deliver projects faster and more efficiently. We’ve successfully completed numerous projects when the selection process was Lump Sum/Low Bid. Most often, Jackson works in collaboration with the client and design team – prior to the construction phase – to confirm our clients are receiving the highest quality project, at the lowest cost within their schedule.
