Spenser Merwin enjoys helping clients turn ideas into successful projects. With experience guiding projects from the earliest planning conversations through construction, he understands that strong relationships and honest communication are just as important as budgets and schedules. He takes pride in listening first, asking thoughtful questions, and helping owners navigate the decisions that set projects up for long-term success.
As Project Development Manager, Spenser works alongside clients, architects, and Jackson’s preconstruction and operations teams to develop project strategies that align scope, budget, and schedule from the very beginning. He believes the best partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and delivering on commitments, making himself a reliable resource long before construction starts.
Outside of work, Spenser enjoys spending time with his wife, their kids, and their wildly energetic dog, Rooney. He somehow manages to balance a full calendar of social gatherings with a constant desire to get outside, whether that’s exploring Montana, finding a new adventure, or simply looking for an excuse to spend another day outdoors.
