Ryan Mitchell, Senior Project Manager

Ryan Mitchell believes the best projects are the ones that make a lasting difference in the communities they serve. After spending a decade away from western Montana building his career in engineering and construction, he returned home to work on projects that hit closer to home. That perspective has shaped his approach to leadership, combining technical expertise with a genuine appreciation for the people who will ultimately use the spaces his teams build. Whether delivering healthcare, education, or public projects, Ryan is driven by the opportunity to create facilities that improve lives for generations to come.

As Senior Project Manager, Ryan leads complex projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with owners, designers, and trade partners to deliver exceptional results. He is known for thoughtful planning, clear communication, and keeping teams focused on both quality and the client experience. Having personally experienced construction while receiving care in a hospital, Ryan brings an uncommon level of empathy to occupied healthcare projects, always mindful that protecting patients and caregivers is just as important as building the facility itself.

Outside of work, Ryan is most at home in the mountains or on the water. Whether he’s training for his next long-distance race, carving turns on the ski hill, water skiing in the summer, or exploring Montana’s backcountry with his wife and dog, he rarely passes up an opportunity to be outdoors. For Ryan, the next adventure is usually just another excuse to discover somewhere he hasn’t been yet.
