Kody Lane, Division Manager

Growing up in Butte, Montana, Kody Lane learned the value of hard work, accountability, and the close-knit communities that make the state unique. After earning his degree from Montana Tech, he built his career in the field on the testing/quality side before joining Jackson Contractor Group in 2019. He is known for his steady leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, drive, and ability to keep teams positively aligned through every phase of a project.

As Division Manager, Kody leads Jackson’s Bozeman and Big Sky operations, working closely with owners, architects, and project teams to deliver successful projects from preconstruction through completion. He believes the best outcomes come from strong communication, careful planning, and building lasting relationships with clients and trade partners. Whether managing day-to-day operations or mentoring team members, Kody focuses on creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Outside of work, Kody enjoys pushing himself with long-distance running, fitting in a good spin class, and catching a hockey game whenever he can. He’s also a proud cat owner and appreciates any chance to unplug and spend time outdoors. His coworkers have learned that if Kody isn’t on a jobsite, there’s a good chance he’s training for his next race or convincing someone else to join him.
